C. Fred Hutch Scorpion Black Light Billboard: Fred Hutch researchers used a chemical from the venom of the deadly Deathstalker scorpion to create a molecular flashlight that lights up brain cancer cells during surgery, so they could be removed safely and completely. This discovery, called Tumor Paint, is being tested in clinical trials in partnership with Blaze Bioscience. This billboard shows the scorpion light up, just like the cancer cells.
