E. Olympic Bancorp (Kitsap Bank) Annual Report: Kitsap Bank’s commitment to sustainability and accessibility led the organization to produce a digital-only annual report in 2017. The annual report microsite contains all of the features one would typically expect in an annual report, but with a level of interactivity and story-telling only achieved with a digital solution. Local photography and video is used liberally throughout the site. The report features not just the financial performance of Kitsap Bank’s holding company, Olympic Bancorp, but video vignettes from supported non-profits and local small businesses. The digital nature of the report has made it easily accessible to the public and shareable by employees to current and prospective business clients. We think the annual report microsite is a superior way to communicate the culture of the organization and the communities we serve.
