P. Premera Blue Cross Purpose and Values Video: “Inspiring a Movement”: Premera Blue Cross is a top health insurer in Washington State. Based on the entrant’s extensive focus groups and interview research, they collaborated with executive and senior leadership teams to develop a new Purpose and Values statement that is unique to Premera, compelling, and sustainable over time. Their team recommended that they produce a brand video to communicate the evolution of corporate culture as an internal rollout of the Purpose and Values. The faces and words of Premera associates became a highly effective means to inspire and motivate the entire team, and was the centerpiece of the 2015 PL+S internal conference.
