C. Skagit Bank 60th Anniversary Billboard: In celebration of Skagit Bank’s 60th anniversary, we were tasked with commemorating the milestone. We came upon the solution by combining an image of a current day individual with an image from the past. The two combined images evoke a contemporary yet, at the same time, historical feel.
