Aloha Spirit: Alaska Airlines Celebrates 10 Years of Serving Hawai‘i October 2017—Alaska Beyond Magazine: In the October 2017 issue of Alaska Beyond Magazine Alaska Airlines commemorates and accentuates a decade of service to Hawai‘i. The issue showcases Hawaiian culture, art, food, wine, beer, coffee, fashion, festivals and many of the most popular activities in Hawai‘i. The cover image of famed musician Jack Johnson is accompanied by a feature story about Johnson’s musical career and Hawaiian roots, as well as his Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit that supports environmental, art and music education worldwide. Johnson and his family work hard every year at festivals and concerts to raise money for important causes. Their service ethos and commitment to Hawai‘i are shared by Alaska Airlines, which each year supports more than 100 organizations through cash and in-kind donations.
