Approved Automotive Repair (AAR): The entrant developed this new print campaign to showcase the dozens of glowing testimonials that AAA’s Approved Auto Repair shops receive from highly satisfied AAA members throughout Washington. Using actual customer testimonials (with key words bolded to create a strong headline within the letter), they were able to reinforce AAA’s reputation for providing an Approved Auto Repair Program that is “AAA Tested. Member Trusted.” AAA Washington Journey magazine, where the ads appeared, is sent to more than 635,000 households, six times annually.
