N. Rainier Square Identity: Rainier Square was about to become the largest development project on the west coast. A full city block in the heart of Seattle. The project would include a hotel, common work areas, world-class retail, and a dramatic new tower with a sweeping design that would offer the new tech worker a home in downtown Seattle.
A mark was created that would immediately draw a connection to the project’s most dramatic element. Modern and architectural typefaces pushed a tech savvy agenda.
