Justin Solondz Torches a Movement: In 2001, Justin Solondz helped set fire to the University of Washington’s Center for Urban Agriculture in protest of genetic engineering. In the aftermath of the arson, the vigilantism of Solondz and his co-conspirators had an unintended effect, ultimately helping to dismantle the environmental rights movement of the Pacific Northwest.
